Hard as a rock pillow top

Either they delivered the wrong mattress or the 'soft pillow top' is supposed to be hard as a rock. I chose the mattress because the floor model was exactly the kind of soft pillow top I wanted but when I actually got it delivered, the first night was awful. It didnt feel any more comfortable than laying on the floor. I had to put a 2" foam mattress topper on it to make it another night. I have to wait 30 days to do the 100 day sleep guarantee and swap it out with something more like what I actually want.
